SPOILERS ... SPOILERS ... SPOILERS

EPISODE 8

Nothing much in this episode except

1. confusion of Belle continues!

2. Vincent discovers Belle's secret betrayal; &

3. long lost brothers Sam & Isaac bonds with one another!

Sounds very much like headlines.

For 1, Belle still wants to talk to Sam. For 2, Vincent read Belle's email to Sam asking to meet to talk about their relationship and Vincent being the good man he is, deleted that mail. Sam never knew and Belle never heard of calling or SMS-ing or just walk right up to Sam and reveal whatever she wants to reveal. Vincent before that proposed to Belle but Belle politely said no so Vincent was confused but not quite hurt yet.

The problem with Belle is herself. She believes so much in fate, she rejects Vincent repeatedly with the hope of Sam confessing something. Is Sam says something like I want you Belle, she will definitely run to Sam but if Sam says nothing, there is still Vincent. She is holding on to Vincent, maybe like him, maybe love him but not with a fierce passion that she may feel for Sam. I say may because really, these two haven't really started yet and yet the relationship is doomed from the beginning because they don't have something that Sam and Zoe have; communication. The key to great relationship in the TVB world is communication so Sam and Zoe are meant for one another whilst Belle and Sam are not.

Back to Vincent, I pity him. He is a good man, every bit as good as Sam is so basically very hard to choose. But Belle isn't choosing, she is playing the waiting game, running after Sam and yet grabbing onto Vincent, I feel drowning him with her neglect. She looks like she cares a lot for Vincent, which may be the truth and yet she is sometimes very cold to him, denying him her love because she is waiting, hoping, praying for Sam. Sam meanwhile seems like he doesn't care when he does. He is attracted to Belle but he will never ever betray his best friend. Because of this I like him more. And despite Vincent's act of deleting the email, I still like him because he didn't use this to act against Sam.

As for no. 3, nothing much. A good scene has Sam scolding Isaac like a big brother when Isaac called him "dai-lou" and Sam scolded "Am I a triad society's big brother? Call me ah-kor!" and when Isaac talked to his parents wthout saying mom and dad, Sam scolded "They're your parents! Call them mom and dad!". But in actual fact it was an affectionate scolding and Isaac didn't really mind. What I don't like about Sam though is his inability and his refusal to believe in Isaac's capabilities to become a pilot like himself, maybe Sam still thinks Isaac is playing and not serious enough. An even funnier scene has Sam telling his parents in a stern way to "please be careful with your behaviour" when his parents were hugging each other intimately in front of Sam and Isaac. It was very funny and Sam seems to be the only sensible, serious, mature one.

Today we get to see Chris' father, who is Donald's father's chauffer. And we also meet Roy's father driving a bus. Interesting fact; you can be fined for talking to the driver!

What i find interesting is the relationship or friendship between Donald and Chris. They grew up together, best friends and Donald treats Isaac well. Chris himself is very friendly, gets along with everybody and amongst all, he really wants to be a pilot. However there was a scene I feel shows that no matter how best friends they are, they're still master and servant in rank. That was when in Japan, Donald was asleep and someone said he wanted to wake him up and Chris said if I were you I won't do that. There is a wedge between them, and I think Chris realises that which explains why he has this friendly disposition. Having grown up in a very rich family but none of the richness belong to you, you'll try to get along with everybody, there is no avenue to be arrogant, unlike Donald. I feel Donald doesn't realise that wedge but I believe there is one and I hope the plot will give this friendship some air time instead of Isaac running where Donald runs.

Other than that, nothing much happens in today's episode. I am curious though; will Isaac fall for Zoe since they seem pretty close?

I think I will post something about who is a better man later on, compared with other series' lead characters since I got a few candidate. Maybe tomorrow.

Performance wise, nothing much to say except Francis' English is really horrible, he was reciting a poem about a plane and frankly I heard "Prane ...frying in the skai" and then nothing else. Simply horrible. The joke is just an episode ago or so, his Sam said one of the criterias to be qualified for the pilot training programme is speak good English. I don't mean accent type of English, I mean English I can understand and clearly, very very bad. Other than that Francis was his usual excellent self. Still hate his hair stye though.

Everyone else seems to have little airtime today.

Hi Funn, u make a mistake in the paragraph below:

It's should be Chris not Isaac.
